German Potato Salad

I came across this recipe at How to Cook like your Grandmother, and sure enough it reminded me of food my parents and grandparents used to make. I don't know that I've ever had homemade german potato salad this good, though. I was a little hesitant as to how it would taste when I was making it considering this was my first time making a german potato salad, and I didn't know how I'd feel about the combo of vinegar and brown sugar. Well, the results were delicious-- and the recipe is fairly simple with few ingredients.
